Winter in Zion with a Naturalist
February 16, 2008

Learn about animals that hibernate, animals that flee south, and animals that are active in the winter. Search for porcupines in the treetops, deer tracks on the ground, winter waterfalls on the sandstone and get a naturalist's eye view of how cold weather reshapes the ecosystem. Find out how temperature extremes helped to shape the dramatic formations of Zion. Enjoy an indoor presentation that will enable you to "explore" remote areas of Zion in the winter.
