Archaeology Road Trip: Zion to Pipe Spring

We will start our day at 9 am at the Zion National Park Human History Museum. We will tour two pre-historic archaeological sites in Zion National Park before proceeding to Pipe Spring National Monument, AZ. At Pipe Spring we will eat our lunch and then tour historic archaeological sites at that location.

Get a glimpse into man’s past efforts to adapt and survive in our desert environment. Let your personal archaeologist-for-the-day expand your awareness and understanding of the fascinating past of this storied region.

Fee: $75 (transportation included)
Ages: 16 years and up
Instructor: Sarah Horton
Meets: 9 am at the Zion National Park Human History Museum. Group returns to the main canyon by 5 pm.
