Welcome to the Zion Circle

Zion Natural History Association, its component Zion Canyon Field Institute, and Zion National Park Foundation, are now combined under one name: Zion Natl Park Forever Project. Our new identity and this fresh initiative were rolled out in a special launch event in Springdale, Utah, in May, followed by two subsequent events in St. George, Utah, and most recently in Salt Lake City, Utah. The result has been an amazing groundswell of support and giving to the park. In fact, donations and direct pledges to the Forever Project since our May launch are approaching the $1 million mark.

Thanks to wonderful supporters like you, we are already well on our way to funding the park’s highest needs as outlined in the 2018 “Zion Field Guide to Park Project Priorities.” If you haven’t yet seen the “Field Guide,” it is easily accessible at zionpark.org.

Our new identity mark is the “Forever Z” or “Infinity Z,” enclosed in a circle. The circle represents what Zion National Park Superintendent Jeff Bradybaugh likes to call “The Zion Embrace.” The Zion Forever Project reflects the deeper commitment to stewardship and responsibility that falls upon everyone who visits and loves Zion National Park, or whose business or livelihood is enriched by it. As former Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell said last year during the National Park Centennial, “We are all in the forever business.”
