Week For Zion 2023 Impact Report
Together, we raised over $10,000 for our parks during the inaugural #WeekForZion!
Thanks to our local gateway communities, business owners, and park visitors, we were able to collect over $8,000 in donations and $2,600 in silent auction revenue to support Zion National Park! The funds raised will play a pivotal role in the park’s critical projects, education programs, and conservation efforts. All contributions to Week For Zion will make a tangible difference. Thank you to everyone involved for empowering our mission to create lifelong stewardship for our public lands.
Over the course of Week For Zion, 7 restaurants, 2 delis, and 1 coffee shop donated a portion of proceeds from a variety of menu items. The support we received across businesses and communities highlights that caring for our parks is a group effort. The unity that made Week For Zion a success shows that our gateway communities are essential in preserving the park experience for future generations.
For the Grand Finale of Week For Zion, Bit & Spur hosted a Community Celebration, complete with a silent auction, live music, and interactive booths! The silent auction would not have been possible without the donations from 23 local businesses and corporate partners. From luxurious hotel stays in the heart of Springdale to handcrafted local art, the variety of donations was a display of generosity from across the region.

In addition to our donors, we want to extend our gratitude to our Community Celebration sponsors Mystery Ranch, Bit & Spur Restaurant and Saloon, and Cliffrose Springdale, Curio Collection by Hilton for their support in providing an awesome venue and live music for the final night of Week For Zion!
Local organizations including Stargazing Zion, Zion National Park, Conserve Southwest Utah, Town of Springdale, and SUU Animal Ambassadors also showcased their support through community engagement and hands-on experiences during the Community Celebration.
