ASTRONOMY OUT EAST

October 3 from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm

While viewing planets, nebulas, satellites and galaxies, we’ll learn about the Greek, Roman, Arabic origins of modern constellation and star names. We’ll also spend time learning some Native American stories about the night sky.

FEE: $45

MINIMUM ENROLLMENT: 2 by 12 noon on Tuesday, Sep 29, 2020 or class will cancel. If you’re reading this past the minimum enrollment date, the class is a go and you may still register by calling 435 772 3264.

INSTRUCTOR: Dr. Geoffrey Gerstner

AGES: 14 Years and up.

MEETS: 7:30 pm at the Zion Human History Museum

ACTIVITY LEVEL RATING: EASY Flat walking of up to 4 miles. Combined short walks or one continuous hike.
