Explore the Triassic and Jurassic layers of the Grand Staircase near Quail Creek State Park and the town of Leeds. Learn about the ancient environments responsible for the colorful rocks, and the timing of geologic events that deformed them into their current configuration, with the potential to view dinosaur tracks, abandoned mines, and Native American petroglyphs.
