OUTSIDE LOOKING IN

May 14 from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm

Perspective is everything! Gain a perspective on Zion Canyon by hiking outside the park on the Eagle Crags trail and be treated to stunning views of the park from high vantage points. Your naturalist-guided hike will cover a little bit of geology, botany, and human history while we take in the sights. A moderately strenuous hike of 5-6 miles in length starting at about 4,200 feet elevation and moving gently uphill from there. Limited to 5 participants.

FEE: $65.00

MINIMUM ENROLLMENT: 2 by 12 noon Tuesday, May 11, 2021. If you’re reading this past the minimum enrollment date it means the class is a go and you can still sign up by calling 435 772 3264.

INSTRUCTORS: Various

AGES: 15 years and above

MEETS: 8:30 am at Zion National Park Human History Museum and continues until about 3 pm.

ACTIVITY LEVEL RATING: MODERATE 4 -6 miles with modest up and down elevation gains.
