Join our Naturalist/Instructor for an introduction to the geology, flora, fauna, and cultural history of Zion. Foray into the park to learn about how animals and plants survive in Zion. Learn how the canyon was formed and the geologic activity still at work today. Interpretive hikes are the naturalist’s choice with each program a unique outdoor learning adventure. Limited to 11 participants.

MEETS: 9 am at Zion National Park Human History Museum and continues no later than 2 pm.
ACTIVITY LEVEL RATING: EASY Flat walking of up to 4 miles. Combined short walks or one continuous hike. TO MODERATE 4 -6 miles with modest up and down elevation gains. Combined short walks or one continuous hike.
