WILDFLOWER JOURNALING AT CEDAR BREAKS
Learn about the natural world in Cedar Breaks National Monument through passionate observation and attentive contemplation. Awaken your senses and create pages that are a rich and meaningful record of your experience—a touchstone for remembering your connection to Cedar Breaks. No previous writing or drawing experience necessary. Tools, materials, and methods for journaling will be discussed. Bring a box lunch for a group picnic lunch break. Limited to 8 participants.
Minimum enrollment 3 people by Tuesday, July 19, 2019 @ noon.
INSTRUCTOR: Sandy Bell
AGES: 15 years and older
MEETS: 9 am at the Cedar Breaks National Monument Entry Station.
ACTIVITY LEVEL EASY: Mostly flat walking of up to 4 miles. Combined short walks or one continuous hike.
