Centennial Celebration of Art Schedule Announced

Zion National Park’s
Centennial Celebration of Art
November 5-10, 2019

In recognition of the 2019 Zion National Park Centennial, the Zion Forever Project will host 11 featured artists from our previous Plein Air events, including our 2019 Centennial Featured Artist, Arlene Braithwaite. The artists have been chosen to help commemorate the legacy of art in the park in this special Centennial Edition of our plein air week. The Centennial Artists will arrive on Tuesday, November 5, and will paint in the park on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. They will each participate in a painting demonstration during the event, and each will be accessible to the public. Each artist has submitted five original Zion pieces (including their large, designated Centennial piece), all of which will be shown in an online exhibit during September and October, and all of which will make up the heart of the physical exhibit/sale on Saturday and Sunday of the event.

September 23-November 10:
