Natalie Cappuccio Britt serves as President and CEO of Zion National Park Forever Project, the official nonprofit partner of Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and Pipe Spring National Monument. Since joining the organization, Natalie has focused on strengthening public-private partnerships, advancing major conservation and visitor experience initiatives, and building long-term philanthropic support for one of the most beloved landscapes in the country.
Natalie brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership experience, including executive roles focused on public lands, outdoor recreation, conservation, education, and community partnerships. Prior to joining Zion Forever, she served as President and CEO of FIND Outdoors, where she led work across national forests and public lands in the Southeast.

Her leadership is rooted in collaboration, strategic growth, and a deep belief that public lands are strengthened when communities, partners, and donors work together in service of something larger than themselves. She has been recognized as a Utah Business CEO of the Year honoree, a St. George Chamber Element Award recipient, and a leader committed to building strong organizations with lasting impact.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina and a lifelong lover of history, football, and the outdoors, Natalie brings equal enthusiasm to boardrooms, trailheads, and any conversation involving SEC football. She lives in southern Utah, where she continues to be inspired daily by the beauty, complexity, and responsibility of working in service to Zion.

Chris joined Zion Forever Project as Director of Finance in 2022 and now serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He leads the organization’s finance, operations, retail, IT, and land conservation efforts, bringing more than 30 years of experience in hospitality operations, outdoor recreation, finance, and entrepreneurship. Before joining the Forever Project, Chris held senior leadership roles in hospitality and outdoor recreation. Since joining the organization, he has helped transition several business and accounting systems and streamline operations across the Forever Project. A lifelong outdoor athlete, climber, endurance mountain biker, and trail runner, Chris brings a deep personal connection to the landscapes the Forever Project serves. After work, you will probably find him mountain biking, running, or hiking in Zion or the surrounding areas.

A Utah native with a deep love for Zion National Park, Stephani Lyon is passionate about building meaningful relationships and bringing people together around shared goals. Since joining Zion Forever Project in 2019, she has helped foster partnerships, strengthen community connections, and support initiatives that create lasting impact for both the park and the surrounding region. Known for her collaborative approach, strategic mindset, and ability to connect diverse stakeholders, Stephani enjoys bringing people together to solve problems, advance shared priorities, and build momentum around meaningful work. Her experience spans philanthropy, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and community engagement. Stephani believes that the most successful initiatives begin with strong relationships, thoughtful collaboration, and a genuine commitment to serving others. She is honored to contribute to the future of Zion and the communities that care deeply about this remarkable place. Outside of work, Stephani can often be found exploring southern Utah with her husband and two boys. Zion National Park will always feel like home to her, but she also loves spending time at Glen Canyon and Lake Powell, enjoying the landscapes that inspire her passion for public lands and community.
